Maintenance and Repair of Laboratory Equipment for ISSeP

Maintenance and repair services for laboratory equipment: Provision of two contract types: preventive maintenance and omnium maintenance. Preventive maintenance includes annual or multi-annual visits, with the number of visits specified in Annex 2, covering travel costs, labor, necessary products and parts (e.g., oil, lamps, seals), and consumables. Omnium maintenance includes annual preventive maintenance (visit numbers as per Annex 2), telephone support, and necessary visits within two working days in case of equipment failure, covering labor, travel and accommodation costs, and all necessary spare parts. Repair services under a preventive maintenance contract include an hourly rate for repairs, a flat rate for travel for repairs, and prices for spare parts (if listed in Annex 2). Qualified technicians must be trained and recognized by the equipment manufacturer or distributor; proof of qualification must be submitted. The contractor must ensure sufficient and stable qualified personnel throughout the contract duration. Replacement technicians must have equivalent competencies and qualifications; the contracting authority must be informed immediately and approve the replacement. Training costs for new technicians are borne by the contractor. Technicians must speak French and/or English. A detailed document on the number of after-sales service technicians is required. Spare parts and consumables must be original and recognized by the manufacturer; compatible parts will not be accepted. A significant stock of quickly available spare parts must be guaranteed.
