Maintenance and Repair of Winter and Summer Adapters for Road Vehicles

Maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply for winter and summer adapters: Framework agreement for the proprietary winter and summer adapters of various functions and manufacturers located at the engineering offices of Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. Services include maintenance and repair of adapters both within and beyond the warranty period, as well as spare parts supply. The contract has a duration of 12+12 months with a net framework amount of 2,100,000,000 HUF, with an ordering commitment of 70% of the framework amount. Services comprise a full condition assessment, fault detection, quotation preparation, spare parts supply, comprehensive device inspection for every repair, quotation preparation for identified faults within 4 working days, demand-driven maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, overhaul, general metal structure repairs, full repair and troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems, delivery and replacement of main hydraulic components, minor and major overhauls, calibrations, adjustments, fault detection and repair of control panels, software and hardware repairs for GPS tracking systems, and preparation of insurance quotations after damage events. Warranty is 6 months for services and a minimum of 12 months for spare parts. Requirements include 24-hour service, the use of a service vehicle, and at least one repair base/service center per lot. Liability insurance of at least 10,000,000 HUF per year and 10,000,000 HUF per incident must be provided upon contract signing. The number of adapters is variable, and newly acquired adapters must also be serviced if they match the brands specified in the tender. The list of affected devices may be unilaterally modified.
