Maintenance of traffic light systems and implementation of an intelligent traffic management system: Delivery and implementation of an intelligent traffic management system with fixed and adaptive signal schemes, green wave mode, control by traffic management center, manual control, and on-demand modes; delivery and installation of controllers/modules for traffic light systems with self-diagnosis, wide temperature range, interface to the traffic management center, and integration capability for external systems; delivery and implementation of an air pollution monitoring system for PM10 (≤ 10 µm, in µg/m³) and PM2.5 (≤ 2.5 µm, in µg/m³); ensuring system safety and cybersecurity through secure communication channels, reliability in emergencies, and automatic diagnosis. Modernization concerns traffic light systems at 5 intersections (Yalta, Olimp, Kotovsk, MOL, Avko) along Lipnik Boulevard in Ruse. The system provides traffic counting data for statistics and analysis. The execution period is a minimum of 140 calendar days and a maximum of 300 calendar days, including 30 days for an on-site operational test. Execution starts upon receipt of the award letter. Environmental requirements apply according to Annex 1 to Art. 4 of Ordinance No. H-1 of 23.07.2024 for the product group "Computers and monitors" and the six environmental objectives and DNSH principles of the Recovery and Resilience Facility. further items as per the tender documents.
