Maintenance of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units: regular prophylactic inspections for condition checks and prevention of emergency repairs, repairs in case of malfunctions, prescribed leak checks according to Decree No. 243/2023 Coll. and other laws on regulated substances and F-gases, prescribed functional tests of fire dampers and fire fans by fire protection specialists, supply of pocket filters, cleaning and disinfection of pocket filter chambers and attachments, replacement of HEPA filters, non-destructive testing and leak testing of HEPA filters, professional disposal of contaminated used filters (included in the price), emergency repairs to filters, performance of all electrical revisions on HVAC equipment according to ČSN 332000-6ed.2, ČSN 331500 Z4, and ČSN EN60204-1 ed.3 by qualified electrical personnel, and provision of service readiness and emergency repairs.
