Maintenance of 10 Miele laboratory dishwashers: annual maintenance from 2026 to 2029 in the 4th quarter, including visual inspection, preventive replacement of wear parts, checking of sieves, nozzles, spray arms, door mechanism, door seal, screw connections, fittings, dosing pumps, water inlet and outlet, collection tank, drying unit, electrical safety check, leak test, reading and rectifying errors in the fault memory, software/firmware updates, and documentation; all necessary aids and consumables are to be provided by the contractor; flat-rate remuneration per device including maintenance kit, care and cleaning materials, small parts, travel and personnel costs; repairs are carried out on demand via individual call-off based on hourly rates, with an annual net cap of 5,000 € for repair costs (incl. spare parts); contractor must be a Miele Professional Service Partner or authorized service provider, use original spare parts and the Miele diagnostic system; further items as per the tender documents.
