Maintenance and User Support Service for Tõlkevärav (Eesti Keele Instituut)
Maintenance and user support service for the Tõlkevärav software: Framework agreement with one service provider for software maintenance and user support, with an expected value of 1,000,000 € and a maximum possible total value of 3,000,000 € (excluding VAT). The duration is up to 48 months from contract signing or until the maximum volume is reached. Services include monthly fee-based software maintenance, additional hourly rate-based software development, monthly fee-based user support, and additional hourly rate-based consultation services for partners and users. The framework agreement does not oblige the client to order services if budget, resources, or need are lacking.
