Maintenance and repair orders for military vehicles in the West Region: For the period from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, approximately 483 maintenance orders (69 in 2026, 207 p.a. from 2027) with an estimated total volume of approximately 344,000 maintenance hours (813 in 2026, 2,438 p.a. from 2027) are forecasted. Optionally, an additional approximately 243 repair orders (35 in 2026, 104 p.a. from 2027) with an estimated total volume of approximately 2,845 hours (407 in 2026, 1,219 from 2027) can be commissioned. The framework agreement loses its validity upon reaching 726 forecasted and optional orders. A 2-year extension option is possible until December 31, 2030. For the optional extension period, approximately 414 maintenance orders (207 p.a.) with a forecasted volume of approximately 4,876 repair hours (2,438 p.a.) are planned. Additionally, during this period, an optional approximately 208 repair orders (104 p.a.) with an estimated volume of approximately 2,438 repair hours (1,219 p.a.) can be commissioned. The client is not obligated to call off the forecasted total quantity or the options. The estimated value for the service period including the quantity option (without extension option) is 1,280,025 EUR. The estimated value for the option year 2029 (extension option including quantity option) is 548,550 EUR, and for the option year 2030 (extension option including quantity option) it is also 548,550 EUR. The total estimated value including all options amounts to 2,377,125 EUR.
