Maintenance Services for High-Voltage Equipment at Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant

Maintenance services for high-voltage equipment: preventive and corrective maintenance of 400 kV cells (Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 0) with associated 400 kV connections and disconnectors during planned/unplanned shutdowns; preventive and corrective maintenance of power transformers T01, T02, T03, T04 (Unit 1, Unit 2), T05, T06 (Unit 1, Unit 2), and transformers T1, T2, TC01, TC02 (Unit 0); preventive and corrective maintenance of circuit breakers and tap changer actuation mechanisms for transformers (Unit 0, Unit 1, Unit 2). Materials, spare parts, and consumables are provided by the contractor up to a value of 3,000,000 Lei without VAT, with a procurement surcharge of maximum 10% (normal) or 15% (urgent). Long-cycle or critical spare parts are provided by the contractor up to 1,000,000 Lei without VAT. Fund redistribution between these items is possible up to a cumulative maximum of 4,000,000 Lei without VAT. The contractor provides the necessary equipment and machinery; their operating time is reimbursed based on an hourly rate, including accessories and consumables. A maximum budget of 1,500,000 Lei without VAT is allocated for unforeseen activities (implementation reserve), with billing based on hourly rates. Contractor personnel must complete a specific training program of up to 1,000 hours to obtain qualifications in radiation protection and as a work supervisor; training hours are remunerated at the offered hourly rate.
