Maintenance services and spare parts supply for fixed contamination control monitors: preventive maintenance for RTM 110 (208 sessions), RTM 440 (52 sessions), RTM 640 lnc (8 sessions), RTM 750 (8 sessions), RTM 860 (56 sessions) over 4 years; corrective maintenance with an estimated 7,120 hours during normal working hours and an estimated 3,560 hours on weekends and public holidays (excluding December 25, January 1, and Easter) during planned and unplanned outages; one lot of spare parts for corrective maintenance with an estimated value of 650,000 Euro excluding VAT; repair services by the manufacturer for detectors RGZ 270 Y, RGZ 270 YG, RGZ 1100 ZY; a software platform for RFID personnel integration and management for RTM 110 (52 units) and RTM 860 (14 units) monitors. One training session for CNE Cernavoda personnel by manufacturer specialists at the client's site, lasting at least 4 working days and for at least 10 persons, is planned during the contract period. Preventive maintenance is billed per monitor and lot, corrective maintenance based on the hourly rate for labor and unit prices for spare parts. Up to 10% of the total labor value can be reallocated to spare parts and vice versa, if technically justified, without changing the total contract value. Labor volume and spare parts quantities for corrective maintenance are estimates. Additional spare parts can be used with the buyer's agreement and reimbursed based on purchase documents plus a maximum 15% procurement fee, within the total contracted value for spare parts. A stock of critical spare parts must be established within a maximum of 3 months from contract signing or 12 months for obsolete parts, further items as per the tender documents.
