E-Service Platform with Portal, Mobile App, and Modernization of Domain Systems (Taxes, Waste, Finance)

Development, delivery, and implementation of a comprehensive e-service platform for residents and businesses: includes a web portal and a mobile application (Android/iOS) offering online payments, personalized information (taxes, fees, correspondence), waste collection schedules, reporting of public space defects, social consultations, and a tourism module, with authentication via the National Electronic Identification Node. The service also covers the digitization of back-office processes, the modernization of domain systems for local taxes and fees, waste management, and finance and budget, with integrations (e-Doręczenia, KSeF, Poczta Polska). Furthermore, the implementation of an information security management system and an HR and payroll system with an employee portal is included. Additionally, the digitization and provision of public data in open formats (budget data, register of properties for lease, register of alcohol sales permits) with API.
