General planning services for the project planning and realization of the Weinfelden and Müllheim barrage power plants in the Canton of Thurgau: new construction of the barrage power plants, rehabilitation of fish passability, hydraulic engineering measures, dismantling of existing power plant and canal facilities, and restoration of affected areas and waters. The award is made in two lots; applications and bids must mandatorily cover both lots, and an award to the same general planner is intended. Lot 1 covers phases 32–53 for the Weinfelden Barrage Power Plant, Lot 2 covers phases 31–53 for the Müllheim Barrage Power Plant; a separate contract will be concluded for each lot.
