Workshop and service for the vehicle fleet of enercity Netz GmbH in the greater Hannover area: approximately 386 vehicles (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, and special vehicles with specialized superstructures like loading cranes and aerial work platforms). Services include inspections and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications, wear and repair work, accident repair, statutory inspections (HU/AU, UVV, SP, GAP), body and paint work, tire and climate service, work on high-voltage components of electrified vehicles (DGUV Information 209-093, HV qualification levels 2 and 3), procurement and installation of OEM original spare parts, and pick-up and delivery service (free within the Hannover region). The external share of workshop services is approximately 40% of the total volume in normal operation, and up to 100% of the demand in case of staff shortages or vacancies in the in-house workshop. The award is divided into two lots. Duration: 36 months basic term from 01.11.2026, with an option for four extensions of 12 months each; maximum total duration 96 months. Maximum value of the framework agreements overall: 4,200,000 EUR net over the maximum duration. A minimum purchase obligation is not established.
