Workshop planning for the new Vocational Training and Technology Center of the Chamber of Crafts of the Palatinate in Neustadt an der Weinstraße: The project includes an approximately 31,000 m² plot with a new building of around 12,200 m² usable area and approximately 8,000 m² open spaces, 26 training units with 336 workstations and learning places. Total costs are approximately 73.4 million € gross (cost groups 200–700 excluding cost group 600) plus equipment costs of approximately 10–13 million €. The planning includes a needs-based concept for inter-company apprentice training, master preparation, further education, and workshop areas for civil engineering and road construction, bricklayers, carpenters, electrical engineering, hairdressers, joiners, automotive technology, metal construction (metal and welding), and sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology. Furthermore, large, modular, and flexible areas, direct connection to supply and disposal networks, coordination with technical building equipment, flexible use and repurposing, integration into overall planning, and compliance with relevant regulations (ASR, DGUV, ArbSchG) must be considered. A period of up to 12 months may occur between stage 2 and stage 3. Further items as per the tender documents.
