WAN Operator Services for KSI ZUS: Comprehensive Wide Area Network (WAN) services for the contracting authority, including data transmission services at ISO/OSI Layer 3 with full-mesh connectivity between all locations listed in Table 2, Table 4, and Table 5 of Annex 7 of the SWZ. This includes the implementation and maintenance of an SD-WAN Network Management System (NMS), with software, licenses, and devices for the NMS to be leased for the contract duration at all specified locations. The maximum contract duration is 4 years (48 months) from contract signing. Infrastructure preparation and installation, including the provision of devices and software, will occur within a maximum of 6 months (implementation and test period). Central SD-WAN NMS elements and links for COO and ZCOO (Table 5, Annex 7) must be implemented and launched within 3 months. WAN operator services, service, and technical support will commence after the implementation period and last for a maximum of 42 months, but not earlier than May 31, 2027, until the contract end. Instructional credits or vouchers for manufacturer-authorized/certified NMS technologies are to be provided within 60 days and utilized by the contracting authority within 18 months. A site visit to the locations (Table 2, 4, 5, Annex 7) is possible for bidders. Additional orders for similar services, such as relocating links or adding new locations and devices in the WAN KSI ZUS, are foreseen up to 50% of the basic contract value (excluding training).
