Transport services for regular passenger transport in local public transport on line 0: Deployment of two Solaris Urbino 9 electric buses, provided by the contracting authority, including additional equipment and diagnostic tools. A dual-output charging station with 90 kW power in Żyrardów, ul. Skrowaczewskiego, is also provided by the contracting authority. Estimated mileage of 48,727.50 vehicle-kilometers (wzkm) during the service period, with a possible reduction of up to 10% or increase of up to 5%. Costs for bus insurance and electricity are borne by the contracting authority; costs for current operation and maintenance of the buses and charging station are borne by the contractor. Provision of two reserve buses by the contractor in case of electric bus failures. No passenger fares on line 0. Timetable creation and changes are the responsibility of the contracting authority. Remuneration is based on the number of vehicle-kilometers, calculated from kilometers driven and 70% of kilometers not driven due to reasons beyond the contractor's control, multiplied by the offered unit rate per vehicle-kilometer.
