Reconstruction of flood protection dikes for the Motława River in Gdańsk

Design and construction of flood protection dikes for the Motława River in Gdańsk, from river km 4+850 to 7+510: Reconstruction of the left and right flood protection dikes over a length of approx. 2,541 m on the right bank and approx. 2,702 m on the left bank, totaling approx. 5,243 m of dikes, on an area of approx. 8.585 ha. The technical parameters of the dikes will be adapted to hydrotechnical structure class II. The contract includes the preparation of multi-branch design documentation and obtaining all necessary permits. Construction works comprise preparatory works, demolition works, earthworks, drainage, ground reinforcement, construction of 3 temporary working cofferdams, erection of a reinforced concrete water intake structure with 600 x 600 mm gate valves, reinforcement of the dike crest and access roads with prefabricated multi-hole reinforced concrete slabs, scarp reinforcements, protection against beaver activity, and vertical reinforcement at the Radunia River mouth using steel sheet piles of approx. 7.75 m length with a reinforced concrete capping beam. Duration up to 29 months from contract signing, with Phase I (design) up to 20 months (Stage I up to 10.5 months, Stage II up to 16.5 months, Stage III up to 20 months) and Phase II (construction) up to 29 months.

Restoration of monitoring and lighting functionality for the fish pass at ZW Nysa

Restoration of monitoring and lighting functionality for the fish pass at ZW Nysa: 3 visual-recording monitoring stations (SM1, SM2, SM3) in the fish pass channel with associated control cabinets and shut-off gates, and LED NORKA BERN M1500 24V lighting fixtures in culverts and closed channels with 11 power-control cabinets (SOP). Replacement of equipment in cabinets SM1, SOP 1, 2, 3, and 5; dismantling of SOP2 cabinet and foundation, ground leveling, re-installation of foundation, compaction of terrain, and re-installation of cabinet; correction of SOP3 foundation position; cleaning all cabinets and lamps from flood deposits; replacement of filters in cabinet ventilation; programming controllers; system startup with control measurements and restoration of electrical documentation in the cabinets. In SOP cabinets with new 240V luminaires, the transition from 24V power supplies and control to 240V devices, including light intensity sensors, is planned, especially in SOP sections 1, 3, and 11. Cleaning of monitoring station elements in the fish pass from deposits and all installed mechanisms, including replacement of damaged components and elimination of camera lighting leaks. Replacement of computers in SM2 and SM3 sections with startup and software installation. Cleaning of cabinets from deposits, replacement of components in the power supply (metering) cabinet of the barrier and ZK 4 aggregate cabinet and ZK4(11) cabinet at SM1 and SOP1, including measurements to restore power by Tauron. Delivery of new and replacement of damaged or non-functional LED NORKA BERN M1500 24V luminaires in culverts and channels; if the installed model is unavailable, new connections for new lamps in a new system in sections with the most damaged elements and relocation of old-type lamps to sections with few damaged lamps. Execution of measurements for the entire installation, system startup with software on SM station computers, and tests, including from SCADA level. Cleaning of gates, lubrication, and startup of drives with potential calibration of limit switches in four sections closing the fish pass. Further items as per the tender documents.
