Winter Maintenance for Roads, Sidewalks, and Yard Areas in Juva

Winter maintenance services for municipal roads, sidewalks, and light traffic routes in Juva municipality, as per the service agreement of Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy and the tender documents. The objects are divided into three (3) maintenance areas, with winter maintenance areas generally categorized into 2-3 maintenance classes. The contractor may bid for all or part of the maintenance areas. No fixed purchase obligation exists. Objects within a maintenance area are offered at hourly rates, with the comparison price calculated using object-specific hourly rates and a calculated factor. Additional unit prices for other works are to be provided if the bidder possesses the capability/equipment; the winner does not gain exclusive rights to these. An option price for manual snow removal works is requested to potentially supplement the client's own service production. The contract period for winter maintenance is one (1) winter maintenance season in 2026-2027, with specific terms for Lot 1. A site visit is scheduled for 4 September 2026 at 10:00 AM.
