Construction works for reconstruction and expansion of Pathomorphology, Genetics Lab, Oncology Clinic, and Hospital Pharmacy

Construction works: Reconstruction of the existing Pavilion III into a histopathological laboratory and construction of a single-story pavilion for a Genetics and Molecular Biology Laboratory. Pavilion III, subject to reconstruction, is a heritage-protected, single-story masonry building with a partial basement and partially utilized attic. Works include the replacement of building elements, equipment, and installations, as well as the installation of a new reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator shaft. The new pavilion is a single-story structure in reinforced concrete and masonry. Additionally, the contract includes the reconstruction and build-out of a part of the ground floor of Pavilion V (Pharmacy) and the addition of one story to the Oncology Clinic. Ground floor works involve the installation of a staircase and a passenger elevator, along with functional adjustments for pharmacy auxiliary rooms (storage rooms, pharmacy manager's office, sterile box). The existing two-story Oncology Clinic will be extended by one story.
