Framework Agreement for Heating, Water, Gas, and Drainage Systems

Maintenance works for heating, water, gas, and drainage systems: Framework agreement for regularly recurring maintenance measures on municipal properties in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and its districts Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Services are based on the standard specifications for construction works (STLB-BauZ 680 as of July 2023 for heating systems and central water supply; STLB-BauZ 681 as of July 2025 for gas, water, and drainage systems). Bidders submit a surcharge or discount on the items listed in the bill of quantities. The estimated contract volumes are given for individual lots and represent empirical values that can vary significantly. The contract period starts on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2027, with an annual extension option unless terminated six months prior to expiry, up to a maximum total duration of 31.12.2029. There is no claim to commissioning and execution.
