Access to Databases and Electronic Information Services
API service for the Web of Science database: Provision of authorized access to bibliographic, citation, and metric-relevant data on scientific publications, authors, institutions, and publication sources for academic and research purposes over a period of 45 months (divided into 9, 12, 12, and 12 months). The service must provide REST-API access with JSON or XML output and authentication via API key/registered application. It enables advanced searching and filtering of bibliographic records, retrieval of full metadata on publications (title, DOI, identifiers, document type, authors with ResearcherID/ORCID, publication source, ISSN/ISBN, pagination, citation data), and links between records (cited references, citing items, related records). Additionally, bibliometric indicators and metadata such as funding data, author organizations, subject categories, and geographical author data are supported; further items as per the tender documents.
