Access to electronic information resources
Access to bibliographic and bibliometric electronic information resources for 48 months: Provision of data for scientific research, development, and the recording of publication activities. The electronic information service must meet the requirements of Regulation No. 397/2020 Z. z. of the MŠVVaM SR and provide a multidisciplinary bibliometric citation database offering a comprehensive overview of scientific publications worldwide. The database must offer tools for sorting, refining, and identifying results in science, technology, medicine, social sciences, humanities, and arts. It must include the Web of Science Core Collection or an equivalent, covering content from at least 200 subject categories, tens of thousands of peer-reviewed scientific journals, conference proceedings, and book data. The database must enable global science evaluation benchmarks and citation tracking. Further items as per the tender documents.
