Potential analysis and recommendation for the further development of the GIS-ImmoRisk online platform: The platform provides site-specific natural hazard analyses for homeowners and builders, integrates climate projection models, and serves as a data source for the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and as an assessment basis for federal funding programs. An update is required as the current application no longer meets content, technical, and communication standards, and its data foundation is outdated (partially older than 2016). The further development includes the integration of current and future data foundations, norm-compliant assessment methodology (at least oriented to the IPCC's 6th assessment report), expansion to non-residential buildings, addition of portfolio functions, and the implementation of new, AI-supported digital application methods. Climate risk analyses for buildings are required by, among others, the German Adaptation Strategy, the EU Taxonomy Regulation, and the CSRD.
