Technical Assistance for Local Potential Development in Northern Togo

Technical assistance for the project "Integrated Territorial Development and Good Governance in Togo": comprehensive technical support over 24 months with approximately 1,500 expert days, provided by two key experts and short-term experts. The service comprises four work packages: development and institutionalisation of a harmonised benchmarking system for municipalities, including performance frameworks, indicators, data collection methodologies, and digital data management solutions; development and institutionalisation of sustainable peer-to-peer learning mechanisms based on benchmarking results, including learning methodologies, training concepts, and knowledge management; operational implementation of benchmarking and peer-to-peer learning in target municipalities through data collection, analysis, facilitation of learning events, and capacity development; provision of a pool of specialised short-term experts for organisational development, digital solutions, benchmarking, peer-to-peer learning, monitoring and evaluation, territorial development, decentralisation, local economic development, and public financial management. This includes strategic and technical advisory services, analyses, studies, methodology and tool development, facilitation of multi-stakeholder processes, organisation of workshops, trainings, and study visits, as well as monitoring and evaluation activities.
