Waste collection for residential and non-residential properties in Racibórz: includes the collection of municipal waste from residential, non-residential, and recreational properties, as well as from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Racibórz, aiming to achieve recycling, reuse, and recovery targets; purchase and distribution of bags for selective waste collection; provision of rental and purchase options for waste containers; maintenance of municipal waste segregation points (sanitary, hygienic, technical, excluding vandalism); provision of specialized containers for textiles and used clothing; collection of waste from selective collection campaigns specified by the contracting authority; ongoing service of e-waste display cases, including emptying and maintenance. The estimated total volume is 69,000 Mg of municipal waste over 36 months. The offered services, including all ICT products, services, and processes, must not include products or services identified as security-critical in recommendations or from high-risk suppliers. An option for similar services up to 20% of the basic contract value is foreseen, which may be awarded under specific conditions (budget exhaustion, prolonged open procedure) after negotiations in a direct award procedure.
