Documentation Update for Stage 2 of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road

Documentation update for Stage 2 of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road: Update of construction, geodetic, and environmental project documentation for the section from the junction on Pstrązka Street in Rzuchów (including the entire junction) to Raciborska Street in Rydułtowy, road class GP, cross-section 2/2, length approx. 5.64 km. The scope of services includes preparing a map for design purposes, conducting industry interviews, obtaining land registry excerpts, updating the land development plan, updating the architectural and construction design for road and engineering structures as well as green area development, updating sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication network designs, performing a Road Safety Audit (BRD), preparing an application for a ZRID decision, preparing a cadastral map with demarcation lines, preparing a road alignment map indicating areas for construction objects and existing infrastructure, analyzing road connections to other public roads, determining changes in existing land development infrastructure, obtaining opinions required by the special road act, updating property division projects, updating the traffic forecast for the entire unbuilt section of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road, performing a nature inventory, preparing a renewed environmental impact report, preparing the executive design, preparing the temporary traffic organization (TOR) project during construction and the permanent traffic organization (DOR) project, preparing a bill of quantities in technological arrangement for each industry and in specification arrangement (TER), preparing technical specifications and acceptance of construction works, preparing an investor's cost estimate for all industries (detailed, simplified, and in TER form), preparing a technical design, preparing demolition designs for conflicting objects, and obtaining water permits. The update includes adapting the documentation to applicable technical and construction regulations for public roads and, if necessary, updating or obtaining new decisions, agreements, and opinions, including current geological-mining conditions or supplementing geotechnical foundation conditions. The offered service, including all ICT products, services, and processes, must not include elements identified under Art. 33 para. 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system as having a negative impact on the state's fundamental security interests, or whose type has been classified as high-risk under Art. 67b para. 15 of the same Act.
