Update of Planning Documentation for 1st Construction Phase of Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road

Update of construction, geodesic, and environmental documentation for the 1st construction phase of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road, on the section from Rybnicka Street in Racibórz to Pstrązka Street in Rzuchów. The section to be updated has a length of approximately 10,750 m, road class GP, cross-section 2/2. Services include the preparation of a map for design purposes, conducting industry interviews, obtaining land registry extracts, updating the site development plan, updating the architectural-construction project for road construction and engineering structures as well as the green area development plan, updating sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication network projects, conducting a BRD audit (road safety audit), preparing the application for the ZRID decision (Permit for Realization of Road Investment), preparing a cadastral map with boundary lines, preparing a map with the road alignment including areas for construction objects and existing utilities, analyzing road connections with other public roads, identifying changes in the existing site development infrastructure, obtaining opinions required by the special road act, updating property division projects, updating the traffic forecast for the entire unbuilt course of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road, conducting a nature inventory, preparing a renewed environmental impact report, preparing the executive design, preparing the project for temporary traffic organization (TOR) during construction and the project for permanent traffic organization (DOR), preparing a bill of quantities in technological and specification system (TER) for each branch, preparing technical specifications and acceptance of construction works, preparing an investor's cost estimate for all branches (detailed, simplified, and in TER form), preparing a technical project, preparing demolition plans for conflicting objects, and obtaining water law permits. The update includes adapting the documentation to applicable technical-construction regulations for public roads. It may be necessary to update or obtain new decisions, agreements, and opinions, including current geological-mining conditions or supplementing geotechnical foundation conditions. Railway line No. 176 Racibórz-Markowice – Olza is to be treated as liquidated. The offer must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified in recommendations as having a negative impact on state security or originating from suppliers classified as high-risk; further items as per the tender documents.
