Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Nadroparin

Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Nadroparin (ATC B01AB06): non-exclusive agreement under an open-house model, allowing any pharmaceutical company to conclude a framework agreement at any time under the same conditions. The contract period begins on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.10.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of the contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (listing the medicines), with Annex 2 to be submitted as an Excel file. Documents must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.11.2026, documents must be received by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible at any time and become effective on the 1st or 15th of the following month, provided the documents were submitted by the 5th of the preceding month.
