Non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for active pharmaceutical ingredients: Conclusion with suitable pharmaceutical companies via an Open-House procedure, under uniform contract conditions and access procedures. No exclusivity, accession possible at any time, no individual negotiations. Contracts may be terminated if exclusive tenders are issued later for the active ingredients.
