Discount agreements according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for active pharmaceutical ingredients (ATC) and specific dosage forms via an Open-House procedure: uniform contract conditions and access procedures, possibility of conclusion or accession at any time under the same conditions, no exclusivity, no individual contract negotiations. Contracts may be terminated if an exclusive tender is conducted.
