Notice title: Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu den genannten Wirkstoffen mit Abschlussmöglichkeit im Rahmen des sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens.
Discount agreements according to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for pharmaceutical active ingredients (ATC) and potentially specific dosage forms: Conclusion via an Open-House procedure with uniform contract conditions and access procedures for all suitable pharmaceutical companies or consortia. The contracts are non-exclusive and can be concluded at any time under the same conditions; individual contract negotiations will not take place. If an exclusive tender is issued during the contract term, existing contracts will be terminated.
