Non-exclusive discount agreements for pharmaceutical active ingredients via Open-House procedure
Notice title: Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu den genannten Wirkstoffen mit Abschlussmöglichkeit im Rahmen des sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens.
Discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for pharmaceutical active ingredients and specific dosage forms: Conclusion via an Open-House procedure with uniform contract conditions and access procedures. Access is possible at any time under the same conditions; individual contract negotiations are not conducted. Agreements are concluded with every suitable pharmaceutical company upon submission of fully completed participation documents. The agreements are non-exclusive and will terminate if exclusive contracts are later tendered via an open procedure.
