Discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for active pharmaceutical ingredients and dosage forms: Conclusion via an Open-House procedure with uniform contract conditions and access procedures. The agreements are non-exclusive; accession is possible at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations do not take place. Agreements may be terminated if exclusive tenders are conducted.
