Wastewater and Water Systems for New 2-Field Sports Hall, Niels-Stensen School Schwerin
Sanitary installations for the new construction of a 2-field sports hall at the Catholic Niels-Stensen School in Schwerin: Delivery and installation of wastewater, rainwater, and drinking water systems, including piping, fittings, valves, insulation, and fire protection measures. Execution according to DIN, EN, and DVGW regulations, particularly DIN 1988, DIN 1986-100, DIN EN 1717, and DIN EN 12056. Installation of drinking water pipes for cold, hot water, and circulation systems, delivery and installation of shut-off, control, and safety valves, as well as facilities for drinking water heating and ensuring drinking water hygiene. Equipping sanitary areas with 7 WC units, 1 urinal, 14 washbasins/slop sinks, 5 barrier-free sanitary objects, and 14 floor-level shower systems. The scope of services also includes 1 fresh water station, approx. 210 m wastewater pipes, approx. 180 m rainwater pipes, approx. 485 m drinking water pipes, approx. 140 valves and accessories, and 5 hygiene flushing systems. Additionally, pressure and leak tests, flushing and disinfection of the drinking water system, commissioning, instruction of the operator, and creation of revision and as-built documentation are included.
