Carpentry work: Manufacturing, delivery, and installation of a wood-aluminum P/R facade, approx. 140 m² in partial areas, consisting of factory-prefabricated thermally insulated wood P/R constructions with mounted thermal system profiles made of light metal for the external installation of insert elements, including 1 two-leaf wood-aluminum door system and 3 wood-aluminum tilt-and-turn windows with thermally separated system profiles. Manufacturing, delivery, and installation of 13 factory-prefabricated thermally insulated large-format wood-aluminum windows with mounted thermally separated system profiles for external glazing installation, mounted in prepared external wall openings and a P/R construction. Execution of the wood-aluminum P/R facade and wood-aluminum windows with colorless protective coating of wood surfaces, decorative surface coatings and anodizing of metal profiles and sheets, as well as internal cladding made of wood-based materials, each including all constructive and building physics connections and interfaces to the supporting structure. Metal construction work: 11 fixed-glazed aluminum windows made of thermally separated aluminum profiles with internal glazing beads; 1 flat-sloped glass roof as an elementized construction, approx. 16 m², made of aluminum profiles for thermally separated installation of 5 insert elements, including 2 motor-controlled roof windows for smoke extraction, with external edging and edge connections made of aluminum folded sheets. Aluminum windows and glass roof construction including decorative surface coating of profiles and connection sheets, as well as all constructive and building physics connections and interfaces to the supporting structure. Light metal curtain walls and clamping profiles, approx. 16 m², for processing the outer shells of the wood-aluminum P/R construction, the wood-aluminum window and door constructions. 1 two-leaf automatic sliding door system as an insert element into the wood-aluminum P/R construction, made of thermally separated aluminum profiles, with panic function drive, including decorative surface coating of profiles and cladding sheets, as well as operating and control elements. Substructures: Bearings, back anchors, reinforcements, plinth connections, and heat conducting sheets of the P/R constructions with steel sheets and profiles, including corrosion protection. Connection sheet metal work: Internal and external connection work of the P/R constructions and window elements with light metal sheets and profiles to the supporting structure and interior finish, including decorative surface coatings and anodizing. Sealing work: Sealing and connection work of vertical and horizontal P/R constructions and windows to the inner and outer sealing level of the closed building envelope, as well as building sealing of earth-contacting components, including insulation and protective layers. Insulation work: Adaptation of vertical and horizontal P/R constructions and windows to the insulation layer of the external walls; filling of cavities between sealing levels with non-combustible material. Hardware work: Delivery and installation of functional and protective hardware for windows and external door systems, partly with panic function, partly with door drive, including concealed cable trays up to on-site connection boxes. Roller shutter work: Delivery and installation of 11 external, rail-guided, motor-controlled external Venetian blind systems. Glazing work: Closing of facade and window fields as well as window and door sashes with approx. 235 m² of thermal and solar control safety glass, internal and external. Temporary provisions and protective measures: Temporary closing of insert fields, temporary building access until door system installation, protection of completed services. Technical processing: Project planning (workshop and assembly planning), verifications (facade, window, door, and glass statics and component verifications). Site setup: Setup, operation, and maintenance until completion of services and complete dismantling of all necessary measures, aids, equipment, and service facilities on site for the execution of own services. Component protection: Protection of completed services, especially visible components, during the construction phase until acceptance and partial protection measures for components beyond the execution period. Assembly: Lifting equipment for delivery and assembly of components to the installation site.
