Sewer construction and technical installations for the new 2-field sports hall in Schwerin: Setup, operation, and dismantling of site facilities for the contractor's own services, including service facilities, equipment, lifting gear, and cranes. Earthworks according to DIN 18300 for the creation of pipe and cable trenches for drainage and electrical lines in outdoor areas (approx. 100 m³ excavation), pits for rainwater retention and rainwater treatment systems (approx. 255 m³ excavation), media shafts (approx. 63.5 m³ excavation), and backfilling of working spaces. Separation and disposal of reusable and non-reusable excavated material. Trench shoring as sewer trench support according to DIN 4124 for an underground rainwater retention system (length approx. 36 m, height up to approx. 3.00 m), drainage pipes (length approx. 12 m / approx. 21 m, height up to approx. 2.50 m / up to approx. 3.0 mm), and for media shafts. Laying of approx. 80 m of rainwater and wastewater pipes including fittings in sewer trenches, and installation of approx. 3 rainwater and approx. 1 wastewater media shafts outside the new building's footprint. Delivery and installation of an underground sedimentation system (sand trap) with start and end shafts, and a rainwater retention system consisting of 5 factory-prefabricated fill body swales in series connection including control shafts for collecting precipitation water from the sports hall's roof drainage and surface irrigation within the property for throttled discharge of retained precipitation water via a rainwater pumping station into the public sewer system. Delivery and assembly of a rainwater pumping station including approx. 150 m of electrical cable laying, 1 outdoor cabinet for pressure loop and control, laying of approx. 10 m of PE pressure pipe DN 110, approx. 10 m of electrical trace heating, and connection services.
