General planning services for extension, conversion, and outdoor facilities at the fire station

General planning services for the extension of the existing fire station building, its conversion, and the design of outdoor facilities: object planning for buildings and interiors (LPH 1-9), object planning for outdoor facilities (LPH 1-9), structural engineering (LPH 1-6), technical equipment planning (system groups 1 to 7) (LPH 1-9), as well as consulting and special services. Initially, service phases 1-3 are to be provided. Optional services include service phases 4-9 for object planning buildings and interiors, object planning outdoor facilities, technical equipment planning (system groups 1, 2, 3 for water, heating, ventilation; system groups 4, 5 for low current, high current; system group 7 for usage-specific and process-technical systems); service phases 4-6 for structural engineering; special services and consulting services in all service phases, including building physics/thermal insulation certificate, investigation for energetic improvement of the building envelope, fire protection concept creation, room acoustics and sound insulation certificate (optional), soil expertise, engineering surveying. Further awarding from LPH 4 is planned stepwise and reserved; there is no legal claim for continued engagement. No additional coordination or training effort, nor a general planner surcharge, will be granted. In case of combined commissioning of object planning and technical planning services, § 33 para. 2 HOAI will not be applied.
