Supply of adapted office furniture and workstation accessories: Consulting, supply, delivery, assembly, adjustment, user training, take-back of new and reconditioned furniture, and workstation adaptation accessories. Furniture will be delivered and adapted to user needs at all La Poste sites, as well as at the homes of teleworking employees in Metropolitan France, Corsica, and the Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM). The framework agreement has a maximum value of 2,600,000 Euros excl. VAT over the total duration, including renewal periods. The estimated annual consumption is 400,000 Euros per year over the contract duration (indicative). Two contractors are envisaged. For orders up to 600 Euros, an order will be placed with one of the two contractors based on negotiated prices; for orders over 600 Euros, a systematic competition will be organized between the two contractors.
