Application Maintenance (TMA) for a CEA System for Integrated Site Asset Management (GIPS)

Application maintenance (TMA) for the GIPS IT system, comprising several applications, dedicated to the management of movable and immovable assets across various DAM sites: including operational (MCO) and security (MCS) condition maintenance and enabling evolutions. Services include performance management, preventive and corrective maintenance of GIPS applications to ensure operational and security functionality, technical and evolutionary maintenance of GIPS applications, expertise such as content and usage audits of GIPS, auditing of specific processes and suggestion formulation, production of studies on data longevity and attached files in GIPS, and training for CEA employees using GIPS, including presentation of application modules, business procedures, handling of the GIPS IT system, and training on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) application.
