Architectural and Engineering Works for the Renovation of Fürstenzell Outdoor Pool

General renovation and modernization of the Fürstenzell outdoor pool (built 1963): Renewal of pool facilities with reduction of water surfaces from approx. 1,600 m² to approx. 870 m², new swimming, non-swimmer, diving, and children's pools in stainless steel. Complete replacement of pool water technology and piping, housed in a newly constructed technical building. Demolition of existing operational buildings and new construction with sanitary and changing areas, staff and supervision rooms, barrier-free facilities, storage areas, and a kiosk. Barrier-free development of the entire facility. Installation of photovoltaic systems for self-consumption of electricity and absorber systems for pool water heating. Retention of the existing self-water supply. Redesign of outdoor facilities with new pool surrounds and lounge areas. Retention of the beach volleyball court and other leisure facilities. Greening and landscaping of freed-up areas. Continued use of existing parking spaces.
