Renovation of Fürstenzell Outdoor Pool - Outdoor Facilities

General renovation and modernization of Fürstenzell outdoor pool: Renewal of pool facilities, reduction of water surfaces from approx. 1,600 m² to approx. 870 m². New swimming, non-swimmer, diving, and children's pools in stainless steel. Complete replacement of pool water technology and piping, housed in a newly constructed technical building. Demolition of existing operating buildings, new construction with sanitary and changing areas, staff and supervision rooms, barrier-free facilities, storage areas, and a kiosk. Barrier-free development of the entire facility. Installation of photovoltaic and absorber systems for self-consumption and pool water heating. Redesign of outdoor facilities, including new pool surrounds and lounge areas. Greening and landscape-appropriate design of freed-up areas. Retention of the beach volleyball court, other leisure facilities, existing parking spaces, and the self-sufficient water supply.
