Architectural services for the comprehensive energetic and functional renovation of a multi-story residential building at Willi-Sänger-Straße 32-38, Brandenburg an der Havel: The existing building from the 1960s (0.8-MP construction type) comprises four residential floors including the ground floor and a basement, with a length of approximately 75 m, a depth of around 9.80 m, and an eaves height of approximately 9.60 m above ground; the standard floor height is about 2.80 m. There are 48 two-room apartments, each with approximately 50 m² of living space and balconies. The renovation includes the building envelope, roof, facade, windows, exterior doors, balconies, entrance areas, stairwells, basement areas, interior areas, and interfaces to building services. The measure is expected to be carried out partly in an occupied state, requires barrier-free adjustments to floor plans, and is financed by ILB funding for social housing, with the entire living area of 2,428 m² intended to cover subsidized housing. Construction costs (KGR 300-400) must not exceed 1,744.35 EUR net per m² of living space. The planning start is 05.10.2026, preliminary planning completion 27.10.2026, draft/approval planning completion 08.01.2027, building permit submission 18.01.2027, planned construction start 01.04.2027, and planned completion 31.07.2027.
