Architectural services for the rehabilitation of 165 collective dwellings and 3 commercial premises: Includes preliminary design (APS), detailed preliminary design (APD), project design (PRO), assistance with contract awarding (ACT), review of execution studies (VISA), construction supervision (DET), and assistance with acceptance operations (AOR). The estimated cost of works is 10,000,000.00 EUR net. The estimated start of the service is January 2027. The estimated duration of the contract (studies and works) is 34 months from the notification date.
