Engineering services for the renovation of heating and hot water networks: Appointment of a project management team, consisting of an engineering firm and/or architect, with competencies in fluids/thermal engineering, VRD (roads and utilities), construction economics, and architecture. The lead of the consortium must be the fluids engineering firm. Services will be remunerated at fixed prices.
