Architectural services for new school construction and station building renovation, Draguignan

Architectural and engineering services for the new construction of the École Maternelle Jean Jaurès and the renovation of the former train station building in Draguignan: including preliminary design studies (APS, APD), project design studies (PRO), assistance with contract awarding for works (ACT), review of execution studies (VISA), construction supervision (DET), and assistance during acceptance operations (AOR). Additional firm services include studies for the integration of furniture and equipment, complementary acoustic studies, and coordination of fire safety systems (CSSI). Optional services are scheduling, steering, and coordination (OPC), and synthesis studies. The estimated budget for construction works is 5,273,000 € net (value date June 2026). A premium of 370,000 € net will be paid to each of the 3 candidates who submit a compliant preliminary design study. Required competencies in a multidisciplinary team: Architecture (HMONP/DPLG), landscape architecture, construction economics, structural engineering, acoustics, building services engineering (fluids, high/low current), environmental quality, roads and various networks (VRD), synthesis, fire safety system coordination (CSSI), OPC.
