Architectural Services for Restoration and Enhancement of Bruniquel Castles

Architectural services for the restoration and tourist/scenographic enhancement of the Bruniquel castles: Framework agreement for basic design services, DIAG OPC, and CSSI. Required competencies include a heritage architect (lead architect), a structural engineering firm, a fluid engineering firm (water, air, high and low voltage), an SSI coordinator, a construction economist, an acoustic engineering firm, OPC services, a roads and utilities (VRD) and landscape engineering firm, and a decor restorer (gypsum work, painted murals, and wood supports). All competencies must demonstrate significant experience with protected historic monuments. The estimated construction budget is 5,150,000 EUR net (as of 01/2026). Close coordination with a separately appointed museographic-scenographic project management team is required.
