Drug discount agreements for Aprepitant, Fosaprepitant (ATC A04AD12)

Drug discount agreements under an Open House model for the active ingredients Aprepitant and Fosaprepitant (ATC A04AD12): non-exclusive contracts with all interested pharmaceutical companies, maximum contract duration 24 months, earliest contract start 01.10.2026. Contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date. Access possible monthly, termination right 6 weeks to month-end. Submission of documents preferably electronically with a qualified electronic signature to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or in duplicate written form (scan to email in advance) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Deadline for contract start 01.10.2026 is 31.08.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible on the first of each month during the 24-month maximum term, with a submission deadline by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start. The AOK reserves the right to replace Open House contracts with exclusive tenders, which will automatically terminate the Open House contracts. This publication serves transparency and does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Procurement Coordination Directive 2014/24/EU.
