Drug Discount Agreements for the Active Ingredient Budesonide (ATC A07EA06)

Drug discount agreements for the active ingredient Budesonide (ATC A07EA06): Conclusion under an Open House model with all interested pharmaceutical companies without selection. The agreements are non-exclusive and apply under uniform conditions for all participants. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being October 1, 2026; all contracts end no later than 24 months after this date. Accession or contract conclusion is possible on the first day of each month within the 24-month period. A right of termination exists with a notice period of 6 weeks to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace these Open House agreements with exclusive discount agreements from Europe-wide tenders during the contract term, which would automatically terminate the Open House agreements. Submission of contract documents is preferably electronic with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de; alternatively, manually signed in 2-fold written form (with a prior scan via email) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to contract information and documents is available after registration and activation in the project room on www.dtvp.de. Only pharmaceutical companies can be potential contractors, and the documents must be treated confidentially. The submission deadline for a contract start on October 1, 2026, is August 31, 2026. For later monthly contract starts, the documents must be received by the end of the month preceding the desired start month.
