Drug Discount Agreements for Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide (ATC C09DA24)

Drug discount agreements for the active ingredients Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide (ATC C09DA24): Conclusion within an Open House model with uniform conditions for all pharmaceutical companies. The contracts are non-exclusive and have a maximum term of 24 months, starting no earlier than October 1, 2026. All contracts terminate no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date. Joining is possible monthly on the first day, with a right of termination of 6 weeks to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace the Open House contracts with exclusive discount agreements, which will automatically terminate the Open House contracts. Submission of documents is preferably electronic with a qualified electronic signature or alternatively in two written copies (scan via email in advance). For a contract start on October 1, 2026, submission is required by August 31, 2026. Later contract conclusions are possible monthly, with documents to be submitted by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start month. This procedure does not constitute a public procurement within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
