Expert services for repair construction of bridges and structural elements

Expert services for repair construction of bridges and structural elements: condition surveys and repair planning as described in the attached 'Service Description'. Six (6) suppliers will be selected for this sub-area. Selection is based on the most economically advantageous tender, determined by the best price-quality ratio (Price 30%, Quality 70%). In case of a tie in total scores, preference is given to the bidder with higher quality points; if both quality and price points are equal, the order is decided by drawing lots. The estimated VAT-exclusive value for the entire contract period (including potential option periods) is 8,750,000 euros, with a maximum VAT-exclusive value of 10,950,000 euros. This value is distributed among the following parties: Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimiala (estimated 6,000,000 €, maximum 7,500,000 €), Helsingin Joukkoliikenneinfra Oy (estimated 300,000 €, maximum 350,000 €), Helsingin kaupungin liikenneliikelaitos (estimated 2,000,000 €, maximum 2,500,000 €), Helsingin seudun ympäristöpalvelut -kuntayhtymä (estimated 200,000 €, maximum 250,000 €), Helen Oy (estimated 160,000 €, maximum 200,000 €), Helen Sähköverkko Oy (estimated 40,000 €, maximum 50,000 €), and other potential clients of the 'Yhteinen kunnallistekninen työmaa' cooperation agreement (estimated 50,000 €, maximum 100,000 €).
