Renovation of Hesperia and Hakasalmi Parks, Phase 2

Construction services for the renovation of Hesperia and Hakasalmi Parks, Phase 2: The works comprise the complete construction of Phase 2 of Hesperia and Hakasalmi Parks as specified in the tender documents, including all related works and procurements. The selected contractor will act as the main contractor and main implementer. Milestones include the completion of the Töölönlahti bay area by 31.12.2026, the restaurant area by 31.05.2027, and the Rantaraitin entrance by 30.06.2027. All works and official inspections must be completed and accepted by 31.12.2027. The contract is a fixed-price contract and includes site management duties and site services, also for separate contracts and the client's separate procurements. The construction site must be operated as a low-emission site. Quantities presented in the plans are not binding. Subcontracting is permitted; further chaining of the procurement requires the client's written consent.
